How It All Began in Palo Alto
When I first arrived at the IIPLA 2025 Conference in Palo Alto, having spoken there last year and again this year on AI and automation in law, I came prepared to share insights—not to start a movement. Yet something unexpected happened.
Standing on a deck overlooking the mountains and ocean, I realized most attorneys aren’t struggling because they lack ambition. They’re struggling because of noise. The legal world is flooded with tools, trends, and jargon, but few clear guides who can help translate technology into daily practice.
That moment became the spark for what is now the AI Attorney Academy.
Why I Created the Academy
Most attorneys don’t need more tools. What they need is clarity.
That’s why I built the AI Attorney Academy—to give law firm owners and professionals a clear, actionable roadmap to automate, scale, and grow with confidence. And, of course, we started with a party in Palo Alto!
Every Thursday at 1:00 PM CST, I host free live coaching sessions where we break down real-world examples of automation in intake, marketing, and operations. It’s a space to simplify complexity and help attorneys finally take control of their systems.
