The Let Go Boss weekly coaching call on March 12 focused on something the community loves most: building real systems live.

Instead of just discussing ideas, the session showed how AI and automation can help entrepreneurs sell services, manage leads, and recruit talent faster.

During the call, members worked together to build a sales demo for a law firm and an AI-powered recruiting workflow that can automatically screen job applicants.

Here are the key highlights from the session.

Building a Sales Demo for Primum Law Group

One of the main goals of the call was to create a sales demo for Primum Law Group to show how a unified platform can improve marketing and client management.

The objective was to demonstrate why Go High Level (GHL) can be more powerful than a traditional WordPress website.

During the session, a modern landing page was created using ChatGPT-generated HTML. This allowed the team to quickly build a professional page designed to convert visitors into leads.

The demo also included a funnel with a “Book a Strategy Call” feature connected to a calendar. This allows potential clients to schedule consultations directly from the page.

To increase engagement, short personalized videos were recorded and embedded in the funnel. These videos guided visitors through the process, encouraged them to book a call, and explained how to prepare for the consultation.

Another interesting feature was the creation of an AI voice agent called “Morpheus.”
This agent was trained using the law firm’s website content and can answer questions, respond to inquiries, and help schedule appointments automatically.

The goal of this demo is to show how businesses can track conversions, manage leads, and automate follow-ups in one place.

Creating an AI-Powered Recruiting System

The second major build during the call focused on automating the hiring process.

For Flora Vital, the community designed a recruiting workflow that can screen job applicants using AI.

The system begins with a Careers page where candidates submit an application form and upload their resumes.

Once a resume is uploaded, the automation extracts the text from the document and sends it to an AI workflow for analysis.

The AI then evaluates the candidate based on specific criteria such as:

  • At least five years of B2B sales experience

  • Knowledge of agriculture or biotechnology

  • Experience using CRM systems

  • Location in Oregon, United States

Based on these criteria, the AI automatically classifies applicants as:

  • Highly Qualified

  • Medium Qualified

  • Low Qualified

  • Disqualified

If a candidate is marked as highly qualified, the system automatically notifies the hiring team and sends the candidate a text message inviting them to book an interview.

This process can save hours of manual resume screening and ensures the team focuses only on the most promising candidates.

Community Collaboration in Action

The call also highlighted how the Let Go Boss community supports collaboration and real-time problem solving.

During the session:
